     ENTRY FEE: $270
     Early Bird Fee: $245 If registered before August 1st, 2023
     NO Refunds after August 13th.
     This event is scheduled as a two day event; all cars will compete both days. A driver unable to compete on either day forfeits all timed runs offered for that day.
     A driver showing up for registration and tech inspection after timed runs have started forfeits any missed runs.
     This event is run under the SCCA Time Trials Rules (TTR) and the PHA Supplemental Rules

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

RUN GROUPS: (subject to change- any changes will be announced at the Driver's Meeting)
GROUP 1: STREET PREPARED, STREET MOD, TOURING, IMPROVED TOURING, AMERICAN SEDAN, SPEC MIATA, VINTAGE, HISTORIC, RALLY, SE
GROUP 2: SPORTS RACER, P-1, P-2 SPEC RACER, SPECIALS, SOLO V, ALL FORMULA CARS, GT, PRODUCTION, SUPER PRODUCTION, SUPER TOURING, ME

     The event Stewards reserve the right to alter the published schedule of events as well as reject any entry for good and sufficient reason.

     APPLICATION:
          Online entry must be filled in completely and submitted with payment.
          Online registration will be available on https://www.motorsportreg.com
          Entry will open July 22nd
          Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
          NO Refunds after August 13th.
          Two drivers per car will be permitted. Each driver must submit a separate application.
          If there are any questions or special requests, contact the Organizer whose name and telephone number are listed in the event officials.
     ENTRY LIMITS:
          The first 100 paid entries will be firm entries.
     NOVICES:
          If are not currently an SCCA member, please obtain your SCCA membership at SCCA.com. Or by calling SCCA member services: 800-770-2055.
          If you wish to be a member of the BMR region, the region # is 97
     DRIVER ELIGIBILITY:
          Open to all SCCA Time Trial License holders, Time Trial Novice Permits, Hillclimb License, Club Racing Competition License and Club Racing Novice Competition Permits as well as competition licenses recognized by the SCCA.
          Every driver, regardless of competition license or novice permit, must be a member of SCCA. All drivers must present a valid government driver's license along with their competition license and current SCCA membership card at registration.

          SCCA Memberships and Novice Time Trial books will be available at Friday night registration only.
          The SCCA does not accept cash. Please have either checks or money orders (made out to 'SCCA').
          SCCA membership through Blue Mountain Region is $90.00 ($70 SCCA + $20 BMR). Weekend SCCA memberships ($15.00) are acceptable with a race license from another sanctioning body.
          BMR will not accept cash for SCCA membership and licenses, but payment can be made by credit card or check (made out to "SCCA")

          SCCA Memberships will be available at Friday night registration ONLY.
          While you can do this at Friday registration, it is highly recommended you obtain this from SCCA two weeks prior to the event.

     DURYEA HILLCLIMB STAND-BY(wait-list) REGULATIONS:
          The Duryea Hillclimb is capped at 100 entries.
          A confirmed entry is an entry paid in full. No refunds will be made after August 13th
          Once the 100 entry cap has been reached with the on-line registrations, a Wait-List will be initiated.
          If there are cancellations, the first person on the wait-list will be contacted to confirm that they are still interested to participate.
          If so, they will be removed from wait-list and placed as a confirmed entry.
          If additional cancellations occur, the wait-list drivers will be notified in order.

     SCCA TIME TRIALS DRIVER FITNESS GUIDELINES:
          SCCA Time Trials Drivers should be able to participate in competition in a car at high speeds for extended periods of time.
          This is a guide and tool for you to determine if you are medically qualified to participate in a Time Trials event.
          Failure to be able to deal with the stresses of automobile competition may jeopardize the driver or others while attending a competitive event.
          Drivers entering an SCCA Time Trials Event should be able to handle the physical and mental demands below for the length of a session for each session of an event.

          The functional suggested requirements of a driver in a competition automobile are:
          1. Ability to rapidly operate acceleration, braking, and steering mechanisms/systems.
          2. Vision: distant vision correctable to 20/40 each eye, ability to distinguish basic colors, and peripheral vision to 70 degrees in the horizontal median for each eye.
          3. Should have minimal chance of sudden incapacitation from any disease process.
          4. Ability for rapid mental activity, problem solving, and decision-making.
          5. Ability to maintain an aerobic level heart rate for more than 20 minutes.

          The environment the driver may operate in is:
          1. Temperature extremes from 0 degrees (F) to 120 degrees (F) for long periods of time.
          2. Smoke, fumes, vapor, caustic chemicals, and dust.
          3. Loud noise and vibration.
          4. Increased potential for exposure to fire.


     Additional Eligibility:
           - Dress appropriately: Protective apparel must meet the specifications set forth in SUPPS section 9.20.
           - Drive a vehicle which meets the inspection required in SUPPS section 8. Roll bar requirements are listed in SUPPS section 10.

  The Course  


The Hillclimb starts at the bottom of Duryea Drive, just above City Park, in Reading PA.
The Course winds its way up Duryea Drive towards Reading's Iconic Pagoda and then turns onto Skyline drive before finishing at Reading's Historic Fire Tower.
