2020 PHA Supplementary Regulations for Time Trial Events can be found
BMR's Time Trial schedule for 2020 is:
Spring Jefferson Dash - RESCHEDULED now as the Fall Jefferson Dash
BMR'S Spring Jefferson event at Summit Point, Jefferson Circuit has been rescheduled for the weekend of October 10-11.
Registration will be online only at
and registration will open at 12:01am on Monday September 14.
The SCCA and Summit Point have strict requirements regarding facemasks. Properly worn facemasks are required everywhere, except when you are in your own personal pit space with members of your household. If, for whatever reason you can't promise to comply, you shouldn't come to the event. We need to maintain our good relationship with the track to ensure that we can continue to hold events there. Any questions about this please contact Rich Rock Directly.
We'll be running it the way we usually do. Full course both days. Two hot laps, CCW direction.
Pagoda Hillclimb - CANCELED
BMR has decided to cancel the June 20-21 Pagoda Hillclimb because there just doesn't seem to be any chance that state and local restrictions on event size will be loosened enough to allow it to happen.
Duryea Hillclimb - CANCELED
- The City of Reading is not issuing Special Event Permits for at least the rest of this year. Unfortunately other events in the PHA series have suffered the same fate.

Time Trials is the category that allows
to participate, depending on your experience level and depending if your car qualifies.
Here is a brief description of the levels:
PDX (Performance Driving Experience) is Level 1 -- and can be a street car with 3-point seatbelt harness and a helmet for the driver. This category allows any licensed driver to get a taste of what SCCA is all about.
Level 2 is Club Trials - which allows drivers to go around the course as a group.
Level 3 is Track Trials - a timed event taking place on approved closed circuits such as the Jefferson Circuit at Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia.
Level 4 is Hillclimbs - Timed events on a closed public road with a pronounced elevation change such as
Hillclimbs in Reading,PA.
